Providing flexibility and adaptability, clients are able to receive their products faster and cheaper than by sourcing their own manufacturer.

CNC Laser & Plasma Cutting

Quantum can perform custom laser and plasma cutting for metal plate up to 1.5″. We are able to cut single parts or high volume production runs in any shape or profile. We also provide 3D CNC plasma cutting for the following materials (up to 6″ x 6″):

• Pipe

• Rectangle tube
• I-beam
• Angle iron
• C-channel

Welding & Fabrication

Quantum provides fusion welding of steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. Our welding processes include:

• Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW)
• Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW)
• Flux Cored Arc Welding (FCAW)
• Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW)

Material Bending / Rolling

Quantum is able to carry out tube bending up to 2” SCH-40 pipe. We are able to bend any angle between 1° and 180° for various metals including steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. Our capabilities include:

• Multi-directional bending
• 90° or 180° elbows
• Mitered, coped, or custom pipe end treatments
• Layout markings for drill holes, brackets, or mating pipes
